This complex is surely not recommended. I have been here not even a year and I’ve had numerous electrical problems (with photos to prove) was always given the run around and half fixture! They offer play area? The play area that my son has only been able to look at, has been closed since I’ve been here with a lock on gate and playground a mess and broke (pictures to prove). Laundry on site? Ok there is a laundry room and lucky if working machines (pictures to prove half of washers plugged out ...
broke). The front offices gets very rude when they are in the wrong! Neighborhood is horrible (even with so called security on their little golf cart). DO NOT RECOMMMEND! Wish my lease was up like NOW!

Dangerous/ Theft

I was held at gunpoint in the complex at night. I was coming home from a night out and I was parked I was using my phone to make a call so I pulled over in front of the leasing office and the mail box (well lit area.) Out of no where about 8-12 young men approached my car, pulled out his gun and said "yo whats good?" The gun was large and had had two magazines on it. The young man held it with two hands and lifted it up towards my car. I drove off instantly.This occurred on a weekend, on Monday I ...
called the leasing office to inform them of the events that occurred. Her response to me asking where was the security was "you should of called the police, the security is not here for your protection. They are here for the owner and that is it. No where you live will have security for your protection." Along side this event, my car was also broken into and I informed them,come to find out the cameras they have did not work. I had to pay $500 to get my window replaced. Lastly, they do not fix anything in a timely manner.

This people here is very very nasty and rule to you and to your kids they will not help you and they go up on the rent 100 dollars they have worms and reaches in they unit really bad
