Management is poor and lack of communication. They only care about receiving their payments. The apartments have a lot of roaches and ants. They always enter your home with notifying you.

I just moved in a month ago and it was the biggest mistake of my life!!! The community gate is always down, maintenance is always gaslighting me that I am the reason my apartment is falling apart. I can even use my own restroom without having to unclog my toilet on a daily basis. Took the apartment 3 weeks to get me a washing machine.

Management/corporate is greedy and horrible. We gave 60 days notice and returned our keys and everything at the end of the 60 and yet after promising in person, verbal confirmation that they would not be charging us for a whole month of rent that we were even aren't even living in the unit any longer, they change their mind and want to charge us the whole month of November even though November 9th was the end of the 60 days. We already payed the November amount that they initially requested VIA ...
EMAIL from one of their incompetent property managers, but want to turn around and request the full month. Makes no sense. They could even keep the "community" "gated" for practically the whole time we lived there.
Also if you want to play this game on all of your tenants when its time for them to move out, I hope you use the money you lust over to actually do some renovations to that sad gym and invest in a more stable higher security gate system.

The front gate is down nearly every other week and has been down now for over 2 weeks.
The appliances are in desperate need of an upgrade, but they only keep on patching them, until they can't be repaired, and then you have to stay on them to replace them. The bathroom tub "gets painted" with a coating leaving a rough residue on all the surfaces. The dials are unreadable and in need of replacement.
This was once one of the affordable rental communities but last year they raised the rent by 14%, ...
and with the need to upgrade the baths and kitchens rent is only going to climb.

I spoke with the manager over the phone and I had to go see the apt in person just by the detailed way she described it.
I went by the property and met manager and she was awesome ....:but as for the property and apt.... it was way more beautiful In person than I expected.... The property is immaculately maintained and the apt is huge and beautiful:.. love that they are townhome, so it felt like my personal home.
My move in a schedule In a few days and I cant wait to move in.

Living at Waterford Park Lauderhill has been a grand experience. I love my two bedroom townhome and all the modern, sparking new appliances. I’ve spent time at the gym and the pool lounge. I invite my friends over on the weekends to make use of the volley balls court!

I reported my maintenance need on the weekend after putting it off. I had wanted to report it in person but ran out of time and used the online process instead. I really enjoy living at Waterford Park. The amenities and upgrades are what convinced me to move here. I enjoy the walking trails. They are surrounded with beautiful landscaping. Lauderhill has much to offer and if I want a more diverse experience Fort Lauderdale is not too far away.

I truly enjoy living at the Waterford Park! The staff are great, kind, and caring folks that are always willing to help you. All the common areas such as the pool and the gym are clean and are of high quality. I cannot imagine living anywhere else right now!
