Overpriced and under managed.

Just don't do it. The pictures look nice, they renovated some units, but the price is way too much for what you get. No manager on site, thats a lie. No maintenance on site, must submit a request and wait. Must use app to pay rent and half the time the app is broken. There is trash everywhere, the neighbors are loud, the kids are out all hours scratching vehicles and banging on doors. Cops are on the lot weekly. 5 years ago this place was decent and livable, the office manager was kind and on top ...

of things. And the maintenance man was always on site and prompt with the requests. New property management company is awful and they have ruined this complex. You could rent a nice house for the same price and not have nearly as many problems. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Since I moved here last year, Pat in the office of Ironwood estates is very welcoming and very kind. Work orders are done in a timely manner. Follow up calls and concerns regarding your apartment are always done. I've Just renewed my lease. I look forward to more years to come here at Ironwood estates.
