New ownership sucks

No working emergency line, unhelpful staff, code violations, recurring and unrelated water damage, poorly lit parking lot and common areas with bulbs out all the time. There’s a reason this place is cheap and one of the only currently available places to rent in the city.

Any minor problem I've had was fixed immediately. The apartments are more modern and spacious than others in the price range. The landlord is also very helpful. 4 stars only because of the no pet policy and no pool/gym/laundry

These apartments are amazing! The tray ceilings in the bed rooms make for a refreshing and homey feel from other apartments. If you are lucky enough to get a third floor apartment, the living room has a high ceiling making the room look even bigger! For me the kitchen was the selling point; I wanted one that had a view to the living and dining room so that I could be involved with my guests while I was cooking! The sink looks out over the rest of the apartment and it's perfect! The closest ...

space is great as well, nice walk in closet in bedroom and a spacious walk in storage closet on the balcony. Did I mention the balcony!? Perfect for a nice table and chair set and plenty of potted plants! The landlord is the nicest I've had! Anytime I've needed something fixed, they had it complete within the week! And once I gave them permission to text or call me, if I forget about rent, I get a nice reminder text to help avoid a late fee! It's in a perfect location as well; in town and close to pretty much everything, but it feels as if you are a few miles from town!
