Things have changed for better than when I first moved in 4 years ago things get fixed quickly with in days not weeks or months management is better and maintenance is much better than before maintenance is very polite and courteous the managers very polite and very helpful

Staff’s incompetent & everything’s broken

The staff here are very incompetent. They constantly “lose” or “check off on” maintenance request orders that they never complete. I’ve been here for 10 months and for about two of those have been without a dishwasher because they took out a damaged one and have yet to replace it. Not to mention the floor of my 2nd story apartment is water damaged and, while they keep replacing the laminate, the root of the issue has yet to be fixed. There is a roach problem that they are supposed to take ...

reasonable measures to fix, but of my ten months I’ve seen an exterminator all of twice. The pool has also been completely chained up so I don’t know why they even advertise having one. There are also constantly drug busts and fighting/screaming in the complex so the police have to come here a lot. On top of all of this, the management has also lost the pet paperwork we turned in before moving here and has forgotten to charge us pet rent each month so wants to make me pay like 500) in pet rent all at once. The price really is just ridiculous considering the broken down state of everything. This place really should only be a last resort. (Note everything in the HVAC closet was left here when I moved in and the smoke alarms were missing, which I noticed when I found my oven caught fire)

This place is the worst place to live in Lakeland FL. They won't fix anything they charge for everything and it's just a complete getto hole. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to line here no one deserves to be treated the way they treat there tenentd

I happily just renewed my lease. The leasing staff was/is very attentive to my needs and are always curtious. The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner when called on,and are very professional in all they do. The grounds are kept clean and the neighbors are resonably quiet. Highly recommend.

Well so far the Manager has been Great very helpful and accommodating. Elizabeth has went out of her way to make our move as easy as possible. i will update this review after being there a couple months as of now seems like a nice quiet place to live. Thanks see you soon
