Renters Reviews and Ratings
No Attention to Detail
May 27, 2021When we moved in, it said our unit has ac, it doesn’t. You’re right next to a busy road so unless you want to be woken up at 4am by loud cars, leave your windows shut. Some neighbors will not stop smoking cigarettes outside no matter how many “announcements” management makes, they don’t do anything about it. Laundry room is disgusting. Security deposit is way too high in my opinion. Other than those few things, everything else is perfect.Review from Apartments.com
Awful
August 18, 2020Please save your money. The management company is very neglectful and will not answer emails. There are violent, drunk tenants that will approach you and ask your business. Wiring is terrinle and insulation is old so you smell everything from pot to cooking. High crime area.Review from Apartments.com
