I lived there 3 agonizing years. Cannot get them back unfortunately. The place is not taken care of, vendors won't come because they don't get paid. I moved 3 months ago FINALLY and am still battling for my security deposit to be refunded. I left my apartment in excellent condition so there is zero excuse other than this is just the way Landmark Management, the management company, handles their business. They take your money - and you better pay on time or the fees rack up! Then when it's their ...
time to pay, suddenly they become ghosts.
The pool stayed dark green 85% of the time, the fitness center consists of machines that don't work and it's up on the 4th floor where no air conditioning has worked in any of the halls or common areas since hurricane Sally. There is no internet. There is smoking everywhere. Grass grows so tall between mowings small dogs get lost. Furniture gets piled around the 1 dumpster that it looks so gheto. The roaches are abundant. Need I continue. And they keep raising the rent for all that luxury.
