If you are looking for an apartment complex, I implore you to stay away from the one I had the misfortune of renting from. This apartment is a complete catfish, and I cannot stress this enough. The pictures on their website are not a true representation of what you will get when you move in.

find yourself paying an exorbitant amount for "common area maintenance" and water. To add insult to injury, the electric bill will be astronomical, even if you keep a very reasonable home. We had a monthly bill of over $200, and this was not a one-time occurrence. When we asked the complex if we could get our HVAC inspected, they were dismissive and unhelpful, simply stating that "it is what it is."
To top it all off, when we moved out, we were hit with unreasonable charges. We left no major messes and never damaged the carpet, but we were charged over $700 to replace it. When we asked for documentation agreeing to the conditions, the complex replied with "we don't do that." It was a complete shock and left us feeling ripped off.
I cannot stress enough how much I regret my decision to lease this apartment. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your housing needs. This complex is not worth the time, money, or stress. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
