Place is TRASH. Fire alarms constantly going off, 5 times this year. Pool being closed up to 4 weeks at a time because dumdums break glass around the pool and there is no glass allowed there, 3-4 closures in 8 months. Trash all over the place, in the garage, hallways, stairwells and elevators, Dog poop on the carpet in the hallways. Cheap appliances, weird noises in the walls when the ...
water runs. Management is useless in the areas needed most to make this place somewhat tolerable.

I’ve had a great experience living at Keene at The District. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are great, and the location is convenient with plenty nearby. Our apartment is beautiful and the office staff is great! The only issue is one tenant who does not pick up after her dog. The office staff is working on fixing the issue.
