    My move in experience was great! The leasing team was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process feel smooth and easy from start to finish.     Although I moved here only a few days ago, I have to give high marks for the amazing hospitality, service, and the condition of the apartment. The unit is in perfect condition, and features like trash disposal and parking are convenient, while building access feels secure. While I haven't yet had the chance to use the various amenities myself, I see many residents enjoying them. I appreciate the management office's prompt and friendly service.     SERIOUSLY counting down the weeks until we can GTFOH. Low end colors that belongs on colfax. AVOID AVOIDAVOID Place is TRASH. Fire alarms constantly going off, 5 times this year. Pool being closed up to 4 weeks at a time because dumdums break glass around the pool and there is no glass allowed there, 3-4 closures in 8 months. Trash all over the place, in the garage, hallways, stairwells and elevators, Dog poop on the carpet in the hallways. Cheap appliances, weird noises in the walls when the ...
