September 25, 2025Keene is a very new building, and still going through growth pains, so some 'issues' are understandable. Two things stand out. Trash / Recycling: Residents abuse the trash / recycling rooms, dumping trash and recyclables on the floor, leaving a mess for someone else to clean up (very disrespectful of their home and their neighbors!). The chutes seem to be jammed regularly or otherwise out of service. It could either be because residents are trying to stuff oversize article in the chutes, or ...because there is nowhere for the articles to go (e.g., full bins). I suspect the major problem is resident abuse. I would recommend adding a pass key to get in cameras. Those changes might cut down on 'bad behavior' by people abusing the facility. General Appearance and Cleanliness: More frequenting vacuuming of hallways and washing / rinsing of concrete surfaces would be great. Eliminate stuff residents leave outside their doors (e.g., boxes, shoes, cleaning supplies, etc.). Ugly look!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 28, 2025So far so good. The staff has been an amazing help. I absolutely love the amenities, especially the gym! I don’t think I have ever seen an apartment gym have free weights like this one.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025We love Timothy at the front office. He's very helpful thus far and easy to talk to. As far as the apartment gos, we love the unit just a few hiccups upon move in. Such as cleaning it not up to standards, but will be rectified with a credit in November. Also a small leak in the primary bathroom, that was also rectified with maintenance... overall satisfied, without those hiccups we feel very safe and our Esa dog is getting use to the sounds... would be a 5 star review otherwise.Review from Apartments.com

August 6, 2025It’s very pretty and clean so far! I hope it stays that way. Small quirks being worked out like some exterior doors not working for residents’ key fobs. A few design flaws, like patio doors handles that collide with the door blinds when you use it or closet doors that open into the closet and hit all your clothes hanging.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2025Only been living here for about a month so I will more than likely come back to make some updates but so far this has been the easiest apartment move I have ever made. The management staff is unbelievably welcoming, helpful and communicative. Area is nice, community areas are well kept, amenities are top notch and also a very generous amount of street parking for guests!Property Manager Responded
