I currently live in Kilborne Apartments, this is a nice place to live that is reasonably priced, spacious, and clean. I like that it is close to the bus, and not far from plaza midwood, and uptown. This is a wise choice.

OK so basically this was my 1st apt & (I was happy about that) but listen THE PLACE IS PURE OLD OLD OLD THEY HAVE THE WORSE WATER BUG PROBLEM!!!! My PERSONAL Issues was their was this smell (like something died under the apts) but it was coming into my apt. I called about (Edwin) Does NOTHING Upstairs where the water heater is I kept hearing this (Scratchy) noise like a animal was trying to get out but I could ear it Thur the vent (I lie to you not) for MONTHS I heard but was way to scared to ...
open the door & look.
I call (Edwin) NOTHING HE DOES NOTHING SAYS HE DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING Finally time passes on my mom opens the door & BOOM she says its a (Big Hole at the bottom) so that must explain the noise. Whatever it was it must go from 1 apt to another smh!!! Think I'm lying if ANYONE MOVES INTO OR LOOKING AT (2814 KILBORNE DR APT 6) ASK CAN YOU LOOK INSIDE THE HOT WATER HEATER ROOM... THAT PLACE WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. BUT THE NEIGHBORS WAS EXTREMELY SWEET & RESPECTFUL
