My boyfriend and I got approved and set a move in date. They then wouldn't let us move in and we had to push back saying we were paying. We moved in and it had not been cleaned or had any repairs done. We had to fight to get things fixed. We moved early and where told they would be in contact if our security deposit did not cover everything. We were never contacted in almost 3 years then get a call from a collection's agency saying that we owe money. Not once did we get a letter, email, or phone ...

call. It is now too late for us to do anything but pay. Their customer service is awful do not rent here.

I really enjoy living with the Kingswood community. This is the second kingswood apartment complex I’ve lived in and I would just like to say that both places felt like a home and both places are excellent living environments that are kid and in some cases pet friendly with very good service

The process of getting the apartment was great, but its been bad ever since then. The washer was full of water for an entire week. Problems that were supposed to be fixed during my first week of move in havent been fixed, and Ive lived here since July. Heat literally isnt working. The apartment in general is great. I love the layout and space. But the actual timeliness of important tasks is awful.

I love the newly renovated place I just moved into this year. Its very nice and everything is updated. The only issue is that some parts are not very sturdy or reliable. The closet doors tend to come unattached often, but overall a nice, comfortable place to live! Also the cat friendly part is a plus for me!

Kingswood is the perfect apartment for working students like myself and my roommates. It's a ten-minute walk to campus and has a very affordable rate. Additionally, the staff works hard to make us as comfortable as possible, promptly responding to any questions or concerns we may have.

Overall it is good until you have issues. Goldmark is such a large company that they have so many requests coming you don't feel important. I had to complain about parking for a week until it was taken care of and it still isn't done right.

Kingswood has been my home for two years now! I have really enjoyed the laid back community and friendly management! Maintenance is typically performed quickly! Location is wonderful for college students! Over all - I highly recommend checking these apartments out!
