April 11, 2025My boyfriend and I got approved and set a move in date. They then wouldn't let us move in and we had to push back saying we were paying. We moved in and it had not been cleaned or had any repairs done. We had to fight to get things fixed. We moved early and where told they would be in contact if our security deposit did not cover everything. We were never contacted in almost 3 years then get a call from a collection's agency saying that we owe money. Not once did we get a letter, email, or phone ...call. It is now too late for us to do anything but pay. Their customer service is awful do not rent here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 22, 2021The process of getting the apartment was great, but its been bad ever since then. The washer was full of water for an entire week. Problems that were supposed to be fixed during my first week of move in havent been fixed, and Ive lived here since July. Heat literally isnt working. The apartment in general is great.
