Really bad place to live if you have a problem and want to talk to someone they never answer the phone . If you need anything fixed there going to take months to a year to fix it. There are constantly leaks and if water gets in your carpet they won't do anything about it. There is water coming up through your sink. Also lots of ants everywhere they will get in your bed and bite you at night. Never room to throw away ur trash

You may get an "assigned parking spot" but don't count on there to be a property manager or anyone here to actually ENFORCE that. Same thing with Maintenance requests, you may put one in for a time period, but don't expect it to be followed. What you CAN expect: -0 tow enforcement -Unauthorized access to your home given to 3rd party contractors, who go into the wrong apartment by "mistake" due to little to no oversight. -Horrid "Laundry Facility" -Anything involving property management / ...

maintenance, GOOD LUCK!! You are on your own, but you do get a voicemail to call into and a leasing office with no one ever in it!

These apartments are definitely not smoke-free. People smoke in their units, right outside their doors, and everywhere nearby. There is constant cigarette smoke everywhere all the time. "Smoke free" descriptor needs to be changed.
