Someone is putting up guest parking signs and then taking them down later causing cars to get towed.

The rent here is a great price, and the apartments are big. The only issue we have had has been the plumbing. It is connected from the top to bottom floor for some reason (we are on the bottom). We have had to call plumbers out twice for blockages within a year because everything from the top flows down. Aside from that the kitchen light in our apartment intemently wont turn on right away.
