Spacious, beautifully remodeled with crown molding and laundry in unit. A short walk from amazing restaurants and shops and convenient to everything in the city!

Disappointed in Koreatown

The studio apartments are too small--I live with my boyfriend and there is limited room between both of us.--and have not been remodeled in yrs. The area is horrible; there are 5 homeless people that "live" across the street on discarded mattresses and sofas and even though I have called the police for vandalism and defecating on the street on multiple occasions, the police do nothing about it. Honestly, the homeless people are nothing in comparison to the 10-15 food vendors that show up every ...
weekend with shopping carts full of food to sell. Walking home from the parking garage--yes, this apartment building has no parking so I have had to spend an extra $100 on a monthly parking garage to ensure that our car is not vandalised again--is a nightmare because people sit on the floor on one side of the street eating and drinking beers, while the food vendors maneuver their way through buckets of hot oil and children playing 'tag' on the other side. If it weren't so expensive to move, my boyfriend and I would have left this little hole a long time ago.
