Expensive apartments and rude staff

Small, tight, old apartments for the price. No closet space at all. Pictures of the pool and the fitness club is all for marketing and are not included in the rent, not even the pool. The so-called property manager is very rude and would care less and has no clue what is happening on the property other than collecting rent.

La Maison is extremely clean, well kept, friendly community. The leasing office and maintenance is over the top always on the ball with upkeep and any services needed! This is a community to live comfortably wether single, with a mate, with pets, and even families. It has been a joy to live in pristine La Maison Apartments!

It's a positive atmosphere here, people actually talk to each other, but privacy is respected. We lived here one year ago, and were sad to leave. Job and family issues made the choice for us. Hands down, it was the nicest apartment we had in the Radnor area, and if possible I would have stayed indefinitely. Clean, appliances new, huge closets, windows new, fresh cabinets. Stove is electric, took getting used to but worked well. The maintenance staff were great, the office staff always ...
courteous and helpful. They care, it's family owned. Gorgeous grounds, very quiet and safe walking in the evening. Snow was cleared immediately. Parking not a problem for us. The pool looked nice but we didn't have an occasion to use it. Families have good options in the summer not only in the complex but throughout the area. Radnor trail and gym minutes away. Its worth the rent. There are many long term older residents and younger families.

Great little place on the mainline in a clean and pretty community. Anything you could need or want, including SEPTA regional rail, is within easy walking distance. We looked at several other places in the area, and this was by far the best. The prices are comparable to other complexes in the area, however the value is much better as you have updated apartments with pool access, dishwasher, updated apartments, fireplace, balcony and a washer/dryer(!!) in the unit.
