Family in need. Please help!

My name is Eden Strickland and my family and I live in the worst apartment complex ever. We pay 1050 for a 1bd 1ba. Place was filthy and not cleaned before move in. I have never been treated so rudely by so called management in all my life. I have a 2yr old that is not aloud to play outside without a complaint. Pot smoke bellows out of the apartment next door. There is gang activity, to which terrifies me. I need my daughter to have a safe environment to play and grow. We struggle everyday to ...
