This property has been my home for over the past two years, and I have had a wonderful time living here so far. The most important things to me when renting from a property such as these, is that it needs to have a few amenities. These include, friendly staff, management, and neighbors. vegetation around the property to the insides of the units. The staff really takes their time, to make sure everything is working correctly. If ever I had a maintenance issue, it was resolved and taken care of promptly. They even helped install my tv on the wall. I regularly go and chat with the management staff just to see how they are, they are that friendly.
The units themselves are unique, they are single story almost completely detached from the other units. This allows for you to be just a little louder when watching movies since you aren't connected directly next to another unit. The other awesome amenity of the 2 bedroom units is that the patio is completely private, and that allows for a more intimate lounging area. The patio is out for everyone's business with the 2 bedrooms and that part really sold me on the place.
Overall, I am very impressed. There is little if any crime, and if there is, I don't ever have the feeling of not being able to walk around just to walk around the complex. I fully recommend La Serena at the Parque to live at.
