June 24, 2020I moved into La Vie in 2016 when the property was first built and at that time the property management was amazing--hosted monthly events, amenities were great and the community was taken care of. A bit over a year after that, a new property management company took over and it was down hill from there. The community events were reduced to a couple times a year (at best), the community upkeep started to be less frequent (more trash floating through the community, gates left broken..), and the ...management team became a bit clueless (nice but pretty much incompetent and inconsistent).. I finally bought a house and left this spring. Even though I gave proper notice and did my part to ensure final payment was made, they repeatedly failed to contact me (after multiple attempts by me to contact them), failed to send me an invoice (after telling me they would multiple times when I was able to speak to a person) and so when the amount due posted to the portal, I paid it in full and they still put my account in collection--before the payment was even due!! I contacted them several times and was advised that it would be taken care of and 2 months later, I'm still receiving calls.. Paper Thin Construction Between Units
September 19, 2016Excellent service, excellent interior modeling, however enjoyment is 100% contingent on neighbor lifestyle. Any sort of noise (including appliance sounds, visitors and acceptable talking levels) can be heard through walls, yielding no privacy for conversationalists and at worst no sleep for others.Review from Apartments.com
