Avoid At All Costs

Moved in early 2022. By November of that year, the elevator had stopped working. It has not been fixed since. Rent, however, increased by almost $60.
Laundry room constantly floods.
Front doors locks are questionable, and often strangers will simply walk in to the building and be wandering hallways. Police have had to be called repeatedly regarding this, but the landlords refuse to help.
There are so many places to rent in this area, so avoid this building or Windsor Properties in general.
Broken elevator, broken lobby door

This apt building has declined drastically in just under 1 yr. The elevator has been out of order on over 7 months… the lobby door looks to be kicked in and not solid at all.
