Awful & No AC in the summertime
November 14, 2023Roaches galore (not the worst but still more than just a few) & the AC is awful. They request you have it at something in the 80s, but it doesnt even work. My unit was in the 100s every day. I wasnt there for an entire two weeks because the AC just didnt work. It got “fixed” and it did it again, reaching 90s and 100 temperature. Horrible traffic and construction noises (not the apts fault, just the area but a headsup is nice!) the windows and walls are paperthin so thats like all you hear. Office ...ladies are kinda rude. The sinks are painted and chip very quickly. Twice certain outlets just stopped working and we had to switch the breaker on and off. Had to rescrew the internet wire on correctly myself. Basically, they dont check the unit before renting it out. There’s 0 AC in the summer and it racks up a very expensive electrical bill without providing any cooling in the apartment. The only real benefit is they have a nice layout, they look like nice apartments, they just arent. Especially for the amount of rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
