Bad Experience
January 1, 2018Cockroaches. Maintenance is awful. Bare minimum and they use tenant tools, ladders, towells And are cocky ...speak in Spanish to each other about tenants (yeah I knew and understood). Bedroom sink smells of sewage. Neighbors are pretty, nosy and complain about everything. One throws dog poo over balcony, other makes a lot of noise yet complains of others. Hot water lasts quick shower only. Cheap appliances, pool often is closed, can't pay with debit card. hard to keep money on laundry card as ...office open 9-5 and mgr off premaces frequently. Laundry has 2 washers, expensive and often broken. Drug deals are obvious. Dont feel safe.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
