In terms of the location and price of my apartment it is awesome. My son and I moved in almost 8 years ago and paid 725.00 a month until June 2015. My landlord raised it to 760.00. I believe I live in a hidden niche of South Everett. Very quiet. Across the street from Lake Stickney. The building is very old and has 8 units. Noone has a dishwasher and we have to supply our own washers and dryers. The only upkeep via landlord is when a problem arises. Most of us have lived here for at least 8 yrs ...
and could use a painting and window cleaning and carpet cleaning which the landlord expects us to do. Other than that, quite happy here.
