Ok for the cost- current resident

For the price it’s a great place but beware because this place was built in the 70’s so creaky stairs and groaning floors come with the age. You will find maintenance to be less than timely when you submit requests and lots of little details that are missed when they fix things. I think mainly it’s a staffing issue as there are only 1-2 maintenance guys for the whole complex.The vacant townhome next to mine had a water leak which affected a large section of drywall in my garage causing black ...
mold and maintenance proceeded to only shut off the leak and never fixed my drywall. The drywall was literally falling in on itself and maintenance told me it was my fault because I pushed a section of it in. Office staff seems to change regularly and they hardly answer the phone when in office. Overall it has its issues but for the cost and the size it’s a good place to live.
