No management, nothing gets done, and they delete bad reviews

I would give zero stars if possible. The apartments are small, which isn't that big of a deal. However, when I moved in it was dirty and one door was hanging off of a hinge. Communication with the front office staff is impossible primarily due to the fact they do not answer the phone and are not in the office during posted business hours. The price isn't worth the inability to get repairs done or communicate with anyone in management. I have FINALLY moved out. After non-functioning AC/heat for 5 ...
months (July-November), rats eating my engine because the property is always trashed (the only time it isn't is when someone is coming to view the property,) having no fridge for over a month, receiving someone else's lease and financial information, having my financial information shared in front of others - I was able to get out. Now, they are withholding my refund and no one is ever in the office or responds to calls. Please, please don't move here. It just isn't worth it.

No management, nothing gets done

It is impossible to contact anyone in management. When I moved in there was a door hanging off it's hinge, a drawer missing from the kitchen, everything was dirty, and I didn't have access to my mailbox. After four months I finally got the drawer in my kitchen. We have a new manager now, but that doesn't mean anything has changed. I was without ac and heat for 6 months. They provided a window unit after three months, but that doesn't solve the hear situation when it's 30 degrees outside. Once the ...
AC unit had been fixed, I requested no less than a dozen times for the window unit to be removed - over a 5 month period. Finally, after watching a roach crawl through the window around the unit - I removed it myself and carried it to the office. Now, I have placed a second maintenance request for my refrigerator that does not stay cold. I have called and texted the office, without any response. Maintenance did come out to "work" on the fridge, by that I mean they adjusted the temperature gauge and said it was fixed. It isn't. Do not move here.
