No management, nothing gets done, and they delete bad reviews

I would give zero stars if possible. The apartments are small, which isn't that big of a deal. However, when I moved in it was dirty and one door was hanging off of a hinge. Communication with the front office staff is impossible primarily due to the fact they do not answer the phone and are not in the office during posted business hours. The price isn't worth the inability to get repairs done or communicate with anyone in management.

months (July-November), rats eating my engine because the property is always trashed (the only time it isn't is when someone is coming to view the property,) having no fridge for over a month, receiving someone else's lease and financial information, having my financial information shared in front of others - I was able to get out. Now, they are withholding my refund and no one is ever in the office or responds to calls. Please, please don't move here. It just isn't worth it.
