awesome management
February 4, 2026I’ve had a really good experience living here. The management team is great and always on top of things, and Bettsy is such a kind, welcoming face in the office who makes residents feel comfortable asking for help. Keith from maintenance is awesome and fixes things quickly whenever needed. The neighborhood is quiet with very polite neighbors who actually pick up after their pets, which I really appreciate. The pool is nice and having a hot tub is a great extra touch. Overall it’s a clean, ...peaceful, and well-managed place to live.Property Manager Responded

Excellent place to live
May 4, 2020I move here almost a year and I just love it , the management is beyond excellent . They are very helpful , specially at the time like this . I didnt care for the manager
September 27, 2018we were gonna move in. we set the date 2 months ahead just to save up money but in the end we had some stuff come up when we went to ask for our holding fee of 125$ back we were told that it was only refundable within 24 hours of being approved so I'm never gonna get it back. who only holds an apartment for 24 hours and charges 125$ she was very rude when I asked nicely why I was never told. she kept emailing me over and over all the documents and rules and wouldn't stop like she had something to ...prove. and the dog fee is 300 not 200 dont let that draw you inProperty Manager Responded

Rude management

Great place to live
July 21, 2015I moved to Lakeland Landing a month ago and am very happy here. The Manager, Clint, is a great guy who is always pleasant, welcoming and with a great smile. The maintenance guy, Keith, is a great person too. He does his job and always takes time to greet you. They respond to maintenance requests or anything else positively and take care of issues quickly. The grounds are kept clean and nice looking.
