    I move here almost a year and I just love it , the management is beyond excellent . They are very helpful , specially at the time like this . They do get residents discount when they paid rent on time which I really appreciate . Thank you again for being such an amazing and generous .

  • I didnt care for the manager

    we were gonna move in. we set the date 2 months ahead just to save up money but in the end we had some stuff come up when we went to ask for our holding fee of 125$ back we were told that it was only refundable within 24 hours of being approved so I'm never gonna get it back. who only holds an apartment for 24 hours and charges 125$ she was very rude when I asked nicely why I was never told. she kept emailing me over and over all the documents and rules and wouldn't stop like she had something to ...
    prove. and the dog fee is 300 not 200 dont let that draw you in

    Very rude management team. The assistant manager is beyond rude she wasn’t helpful. She was getting loud when I had concerns ! I’ve been in leasing for years and I’m very disappointed that the ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER WAS THST RUDE ! RUN !!!

    I moved to Lakeland Landing a month ago and am very happy here. The Manager, Clint, is a great guy who is always pleasant, welcoming and with a great smile. The maintenance guy, Keith, is a great person too. He does his job and always takes time to greet you. They respond to maintenance requests or anything else positively and take care of issues quickly. The grounds are kept clean and nice looking. The maintain a quiet community and everyone I see seems to be happy as well. I hope it all ...
