Dismal maintenance

I once before left a positive review for this apartment complex, but now I have to retract that unfortunately. As of now maintenance for this complex is so dismal, they are Not getting SO MUCH done around here, and I was even very recently told that they are so short on maintenance, and have so much work needed to do, that they are no longer doing any maintenance unless it is emergency maintenance.(!) It's like we are back to the height of the pandemic pre-vaccines. I already do so much ...

maintenance in the apt AND even around outside, myself(!), but it is still not enough, there are things that actual maintenance is needed to get it done, but well apparently "good luck" w/that. *And I am by far NOT the only tenant complaining about this. Lastly, I so wish I had $ to hire someone myself to do the maintenance that is needed for the apt. :(

Nice ,quiet complex, with well maintained grounds. Swimming pool and small park like picnic area. The units are all equiped with washers and dryers. The maintenance staff is very helpful and wait times for maintanence issues are minimal.
