I've been here since i moved to Jacksonville back in 2021, i love the area. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is always quick when it comes to repairs.

My only complaint is that McB’s bar is right next to my building and they have a vent that blows cigarette smoke and alcohol stench daily. Besides that I feel like this is safe and respectful community with lots of families living here.

Decent affordable apartments, without all the extras that many apartment complexs offer. Leasing office hours are so unpredictable which is difficult to pick up packages when needed.

This place has no idea what they are doing. They lost my information, they raised the rent on me after what was agreed upon, and they couldn’t even manage to get basic information across or keep in touch with me whatsoever. Don’t rent from here unless you want to get treated poorly and it’s now too expensive for what it’s worth period.

I left after 5 1/2 months of a 7 month lease.
The apartment was infested and there was no periodic treatments conducted by the leasing office.
The upstairs neighbors were the worst of all time. They acted like animals and stomped around day and night as if no one else lived underneath them. They dominated 4 parking spots in the front with their vehicles and the leasing office never cited them.

Not a good place to live anymore. Current management is non-existent. Residents don't care about pride of their community. Can't even throw their trash into the dumpsters. The poor maintenance guy has to clean up the mess every Monday morning. Leases are not enforced. Commercials trucks, concrete mixers parked everywhere. Patios are a mess and never cleaned up. Barbeque fires on patios that are against city fire codes and dangerous. Residents urinate on buildings and the smell of human ...
and animal feces is overwhelming. Building and safety codes are not enforced. Most apartments are overflowing with too many inhabitants. No sign of security anywhere. Management raises rents in the name of market value but amenities, cleanliness and safety of community are not keeping up with rising rents.
