September 6, 2024I have had the privilege of calling Lamplighter home for the past 3 years. Not only has the complex been well kept, but the management is fantastic. We loved this apartment complex!
February 11, 2022My husband and I rented from Lamplighter for three years and we were very happy with our apartment. Management was always fast to address our needs and the complex was kept clean and safe. It is a gated area, so only other residents were allowed in the courtyard. This made us feel better knowing that our packages were secure. All in all, we had a good experience and will miss this midtown apartment. Great apartment in midtown.
September 1, 2020We spent a year in Lamplighter and found it a really enjoyable and easy experience. It's conveniently located for those who might work downtown (bus/light rail), has good restaurants and parks nearby, and easy access to all the necessities like groceries. The apartment itself is nice, clean, and quiet. Our neighbors were great and the property management team is quick to answer any questions and solve any problems. 2722 O St Great location, Great service
May 28, 2020My wife and I have lived at the O st location for a year and a half and we have no complaints about our experience with Lamplighter. It's gated entrances are secure, it's courtyard garden is pretty and well kept, and it's location offers direct access to a lot of good stuff on the grid. The property manager hears our concerns and is very responsive often times responding to my communications in minutes. We have seen multiple units undergo renovations during our short time here.Review from Apartments.com
Great Complex and Location
May 23, 2020I lived at Lamplighter Apts for 9 years. Just recently moved out because I bought a home . This apartment complex is great . The neighbors all get along and look out for each other . The property management company VERTUS is wonderful . Iulia and Danny are always there for you when things go wrong . I highly recommend this place ! Fantastic little apartment complex
April 2, 2020We have lived here for the last 2 years and have absolutely enjoyed it. The neighbors are all respectful and clean, the grounds themselves are full of plant life and kept up. The property management is exceptional. Any little thing you need, they are more than happy to help and get it taken care of for you. Iulia, the manager, is always courteous and professional. Unprofessional Management
September 27, 2016Lamplighter apartments is big fraud, they took money from us as a deposit but never provide us receipt, no receipt for monthly rent, when we ask them please provide receipt they wrote on blank paper ... received. unprofessional management, owners of the building living on ground floor and they are very noisy and loud. they were playing loud music all night and no body cares. They took our deposit for 1 bedroom $800 and when we left all clean they still sent us $1100 bill. building manager is very ...rude and unprofessional, whenever we had issue, she never pick up call and whenever she picked up she talked unprofessional (so, what ... etc). that place is very old and had some kind of chemical issues, no insulation system, in winter this building is extreme cold and summer extreme hot. every few months management change. almost every week they suddenly shut down water without notification, it happened to us lots of time, we got up and no water at all, then we noticed outside door has something hand written, we are working on some issues. this place is not safe, someone stolen our baby stroller, next to this building is all homeless people.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
