Old apartments, maintenance needed
November 21, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comDocument apartment damages before moving in, the apartment staff will try to charge you for pre-existing wear and tear and upgrades they want to make when you move out. Homeless people come onto property occasionally but usually get arrested after causing disturbances / yelling in parking lot. It's an old building with maintenance sometimes needed for leaks in the plumbing Google Fiber was one of the few upsides besides being cheap
