In my time at UTSA, I have been able to see all the apartment buildings, and none equate to the experience of Sterling. Sterling retains the most complete and clean amenities and best room size along with the most college-like experience!!

Honestly I’m not a fan of student living apartments but sterling has to be the best one out of all of them. There was a downfall in their service but they were quick to recover and I have to give them props.

I liked this apt because of the amenities. It’s great for a student because there a plenty of study rooms and gyms for those who need everything within their own home comfort.
The property is newer so the amenities are very clean, and up keep is nice. They are always doing something for residents so that’s a plus to get you to renew your lease!
