You don't get a lot of bang for your buck. Lack of parking, obnoxious neighbors throwing alcohol fuel parties in the yards of the buildings into the early hours of the morning. Mediocre appliances. Thin walls. Poor response time and attitudes from maintenance. For the money, you'll be better off elsewhere.

Not maintained. Maintenance walks in as they please. Mold. Water leaks. Don't fix anything properly.

There is mold and mildew all over the place and all they do is spray bleach. The doors have a glass window on them. If someone wants to rob you, they just have to break the glass. Everything is outdated and old in the apartment, the cabinets, the diswasher, everything. the price is good but you get what you pay for.

this apartment is great, not just the fact that it is priced amazing! But that the staff is prompt and the apartments are very spacious!
