Kahri the manager, is always on top of things. Any time I’ve had a maintenance issue or submitted a work order, it’s been taken care of by the very next day. Her attentiveness and leadership make a huge difference here.

Management is tanking
January 14, 2025
Trash everywhere, gates dont work allowing anyone to come into the property. Roaches, ants, you name it all the bugs. I cant count how many time they said pest control would come through and never did

Roach infestation
November 5, 2021
Overpriced, roach infested, if your on the first floor you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around, it was built in 1985 and it shows. The volleyball and tennis courts have no nets. The demo apartment is a bait and switch. Only good thing is management but thats not enough to make up for the rest of the problems. Ask to look at your new apartment before you sign the lease.

So nice community, quiet for the most part, nice size apartments, I love the amenities, and everything is close by. In addition, the maintenance responds fast to request. As far as cons go, they NEVER pick up their phone, that's a big pet peeve for me. There is a roach problem, some apartments are worst than others.

Beautiful Property

We have been living in a 2 bedroom apartment in Laurel Oaks for the past 7 months and I have no complaints. The neighbors are nice, the property is kept neat and maintenance requests are quickly addressed. What I love most is the beautiful property which includes mature trees, a lovely pond and an off leash dog play area. I often see ducks walking the property, squirrels playing and hear the birds chirping... it's like being out in the country, yet without being in the country. :)
