May 17, 2020This place is so dirty manger super rude and raising up the rent when my bathroom is falling down cockroaches coming out of the old floor hasn’t been replaced been trying to tell her ignores me and also I’ve seen she has blocked me so unprofessional seriously Patricia should have stayed here .Review from Apartments.com

November 15, 2017Good area to reside in, but there are way better apartment complex's to choose from aside this one. Pool, but no jacuzzi? The manager is quite rude and full of herself. I expect better treatment, if I were to even live in this complex! They are renovating, it's okay looking. Parking is horrible, your car can't face upwards it has to be faced the other way otherwise the manager will tow the car. Many cars parked in front of the apartment complex so parking is pretty much impossible and the ...apartment complex gate opens when you click the clicker about three times, it is quite frustrating. Personally, I asked the manage if she can fix our AC unit and she replied,"Maybe you aren't turning it on right." Are you kidding me? Worst staff member ever. The AC unit doesn't work in my room specifically and the AC unit leaks of a brown leakage, this is illegal! The manager is so rude when it comes to asking her to fix anything in the apartment complex, it takes a couple of days to even get a response. Hallways reak of indian food, and a Las Vegas distinct scent along with cigarettes. The pool is dirty, parking lot is very limited and be prepared to hear the High school playing their tacky band music all day and night. It's such a distraction, while I read or sleep. July 22, 2015A quiet, green complex with many amenities including a pool, assigned gated parking, central air, laundry facilities, and a very organized and responsive manager on site. Lots of stores, restaurants nearby and a safe neighborhood feeling.Review from Apartments.com
