I paid half a month’s rent for a friend via echeck and the complex returned it to my account the same day they took the payment. I provided screenshots of the account as well as the returned payment and they still charged my friend a late fee as well as a returned check
Fee for something that was their mistake. I would not live here and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

I've lived here a little over 3 months and I can honestly say I love living here and will most likely renew my lease! The office staff is very professional and friendly, maintenance is great and came by the same day I called. My neighbors are quiet, everyone seems to keep to themselves. Grounds are clean, I love the valet trash service, and I like that cable is included in the rent! The office has a resident social each month which I thought was cool.
