Washer Malfunction I did not have a "bad" experience. Terry and Jose fixed the problem and the washer worked okay. However, the same problem has returned (LF error message), and while I reported this yesterday, I haven't heard from the maintenance crew. So the issue is ongoing.

The water bill is unusually high. It is extremely difficult to find a parking spot; I always end up parking very far from my home. Furthermore, your water rates are outrageously high—no matter how much water I actually use, the bill always exceeds $80.

Excellent response My hall entry light was blinking, going out, perhaps. I put a maintenance request in late one evening, and the maintenance staff came the next morning to fix the issue by changing out the bulbs. So impressive, especially for a non-urgent request. Love my Legend V staff!!
