I have lived here for eight years now and the maintenance and beauty of our building is going to the dumpster. Maintenance is very bad. Pool is only open Monday to Friday from 9 to 5. Pool has not been open since 2018. Carpet in hallways are nasty dirty. We were told it will be replaced with new flooring which we doubt. Staff is not on top of their job. We have been waiting a year for minor maintenance in our apartment. I advised not to move here if you can help it. Run fo not walk from this ...

During the tour at no time was it mentioned the pool is only available m-f 9-5 no weekend use allowed, no assigned parking, a lazy maintenance staff does no more than instructed to no onsite staff after 5 pm for any issues that may arise, 2nd &3rd floor hallways and day rooms have not seen a vacuum cleaner since 2003 new floor installed on 1st floor which see's very little attention, property photos are very misleading. No onsite beauty salon
