I haven’t lived there. Looking for a friend. BUT, next to office is a tenant who has her entry way decorated. She’s a loyal renter. It’s reported that they fix things kind of quick. They have a manger living on site. Plus, they hire security. Outside looked nice and day office person was very nicely engaging. What happens when renting, I don’t know. But that loyal renter is a good 5 Stars.
