August 16, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comMy roommates and I first fell in love with this apartment because of its openness and great natural lighting. It was our favorite place that we had seen but getting the apartment was a bit of a problem. It is possible that we were overcharged when paying the security deposit but I still think it was worth it. I have been living here for 3 months now and still love it. Lots of storage space, great location, nice neighborhood, and the building is quiet for the most part. This complex does not have ...a pool or workout facility but that is really the only downside so far. I love where I live!Read More

Also located just minutes from the beach, LAX and surrounding city shops and restaurants. Unfortunately within any major city there tends to be the downside of some crime.
