August 3, 2018Some people smoke cigarettes in their apartment. The smoke comes into my apartment and windows. All my neighbors slam their door. The employees of the restaurant Pono Burger Smoke in front of the elevators after their shift. Pono Burger burns wood, it's hard to breathe. I can't open my windows untill it's closed. My appartment is 77? all day. The humidity is 70. My AC dosent work. It's rusted and rotten. It turns on by itself. I would NOT recommend this peticular apartment to anyone with asthma, ...allergies or sensitivities to wood smoke, high humidity and 77? indoor temp.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 3, 2018Pros: great location-walking distance from the supermarkets, restaurants, public library, and the beach; professional and courteous staff; modern living spaces; assigned parking spaces; secured entry; paying rent and requesting work orders is very simple. Cons: Moving in was difficult because the moving truck could neither park underground nor legally park anywhere on the evening we moved. Though our unit is a cozy living space for two people, the small size of the unit discourages us from ...having guests over. Guest parking can be difficult. April 9, 2018The location is excellent. The building is relatively new and modern. Secure access/entry is nice. There should be more laundry washing machines. The hallways should be cleaner (numerous big and unsightly carpet stains that have been there a very long time) Some tenants have the bad habit of leaving trash in the hallways (empty cardboard boxes, bags of actual trash/waste sitting next to the trash shoot instead of actually tossing it down...)
