Rats mice roaches and ants oh my
December 29, 2020The owner seems un interested in taking care of the pest problem in the building. I spray some dark web insecticide around my apartment which helps for the ants and roaches. The new problem is mice and what sounds like rats in the walls. I've complained and they're not doing anything about it. I've lived here a long time only had insect problems now it's upgraded to rodents. If they would hire a good exterminator they could take care of any problems by spraying regularly and fixing the holes in ...the exterior of the building. Poor management
July 8, 2016If your thinking about moving into this complex be ready to deal with nothing but problems, the management is the absolute epitome of the word terrible. The managers is a rude lady named Cynthia that never answers her phone when you need assistance and if she does she replies with the most condescending undertone, and hurries you off the phone like doing her job is the most difficult task in the world. She'll give you notices every other month about assumptions she can't prove and more ...importantly aren't true. This place will make you feel more unwanted and ready to leave than any DMV ever has.. GOODLUCK apartment hunting.Property Manager Responded
