January 22, 2026I don’t love the idea of having to wait 2-3 weeks to get my mail. I had to go to the post office, across town, and pay them $50 for them to change the lock on my mailbox and was told this could take up to 3 weeks. Air/heat is regulated by a window unit that sets my fire detector off. The washer and dryer (the smallest one you can purchase) that I bought does not fit in the closet (too big) and the installer told me that the “only one that will work” is the $2000 one that is a washer and dryer in ...one. The people I have met seem nice and the area is quiet and located in a really nice part of town, close to a lot of places to eat and socialize. January 7, 2026Mgmt was very attentitive during the application process. The apartment was available on the date I chose. Unsatisfied with the lack of cleaning in the apartment. The oven grills are greasy, the diswasher looks extrememly moldy or like the plastic on the racks was burnt. The floors were not cleaned well, including all 3 windows (very dirty). Plus the all screens are bent; almost like someone in the past tried to pry them open. I submitted a work order and maintenance was quick to try and look ...at the items; however, I was very ill and informed them it would not be a good time to make an assessment. I've been waiting for them to try again - but no word.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2025I love Matthew in the office and Matt was very sweet as well. They really did go over and beyond to get me into the apartment. But the one thing I will have to say is when I was moving in the first night I did see a bunch of roaches. I don't know if the pest control sprays are they just put out boxes but I'm paying for it so I want the roaches gone.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2025The roaches are really bad. They’re coming out of the electrical outlets, I find them in my fridge and freezer, etc. I do my dishes every night and take out the trash before it’s full but it’s still yucky every timeProperty Manager Responded
