Apartment that is shown is much different than apartment you'll receive. Pets are aloud but if you think it's clean after an old tenant has left, think again. That was my 1st sign but I had already paid money towards place. They also won't tell you about the roach infestation in apartments. It is so ridiculous. I've had a/c issues as well. My son has loss shoes due to the leaking in his closet from unit. Office staff has changed so much since I 1st got here last year. August was my 1st time late ...

on rent due to job changes. They will put alot of effort into putting notes on your door but not as much on the things I've listed above. Not only that they will threaten you and lie to you. I'm not just a regular tenant, I'm a daughter of The Most High and what they've slacked on and lied about will be taken care of by my Father. I haven't even mentioned how pets out here roam about and how some owners don't take responsibility for keeping their pets and their waste away from your porch.

We'll call this the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. The Good: the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Talking with them on the phone or meeting them in person was easy and a pleasant experience. I've met some people that live here, as well, also nice. The Bad: There were things that should've been handled that were not. Repairs that were needed, that shows the staff didn't care enough to have them done before my family moved in. The filter wasn't cleaned on the A/C from the previous tenant ...

which is something that easily could've and should've been done before we moved in. The Ugly: The dishwasher was gross inside and when I reported, it wasn't fixed but was marked completed. People let their dogs have BMs outside near my place and on some days it smells like poop right outside my door. No baggies or any thing preventive. My ceiling was leaking for over a week with the heavy rains and no one provided me an update until I asked (and I believe it's still not fixed and no update).

Since moving in, I’ve encountered multiple cleanliness issues. Roaches are crawling through my kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. My A/C unit has rust and mildew inside, my microwave is rusted and has some sort of food residue. Staff are very friendly but overall very disappointed with the quality of maintenance in my brand new apartment.

The location is tucked away off Oriole, under trees with lots of palms and a beachy vibe. Cool cars in the parking lot, an interesting community overall, super close to campus, metal roofs, skylights, and the loft layout all make this one of the coolest spots to live as a young adult in Wilmington.
