Management does not hold to their promises

So my roommate and I moved into a brand new unit as the first tenants, and let me say that it did not live up to the promises they made to us. First of all, the finishes were rushed and left over construction material was all over the shower and doorways. The valet trash regularly did not pick up our bags, and one time even tearing the bag and spilling it everywhere. complex. The gates were regularly broken, which lead to homeless wandering in the community and breaking into people's cars. My roommate was one of many residents who attested to have their items stolen. Another area of mismanagement was in the area of utilities. Once our water was shut off because the management company put our apartment as the recipient of the water used by the whole building while receiving a bill of over $3000 for gas, which the managers tried to make us pay. There are so many issues with this complex, but so much of it boils down to the mismanagement on the part of the front office. They are condescending, rude, and generally apathetic to the cares and needs of their tenants. Avoid this apartment complex at all costs, I know I wish I did.
