HORRIBLE PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE

this place is horrible every building is nosy with older people that sit on the porch and watch you and gossip. The maintenance folks never do they job I put in soo many work orders nothing been done . The maintenance man go back to the office and say he did the work ( lie ) when I first moved in I did my walk through and wrote everything that needs to be fixed and I turned the sheet in nobody know where it’s at . I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK !!! I didn’t break nor mess anything up in there tub rusty ...
because they will not come fix the tub the water will not stop dripping now it’s coming out more as if the nobs is turn on it’s horrible my AC go out once a month I can keep going but I’m going to stop here PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE .

If you are considering living here don’t please save yourself the stress and the drama. They repair nothing they are constantly adding new things to your rent that is not outlined in the lease. If you call with a problem the manager is always busy and never returns your calls this management company is a hot mess.

ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!

On the lease, they claimed that there will not be criminal activities allowed... People are always smashing our car windows in the middle of the night to steal the stuff inside. They refuse to put up security cameras in the parking lot!!!!! There are always cops being called because people are always arguing Fighting outside. There are lots of gunshot sounds in the night so it's definitely not safe to be out after 9. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!! No matter how clean you ...
leave your place, they find a reason to take your deposit. The women working in leasing office LIE about everything and never call you back afterwards!

NOT A PLACE TO CALL HOME

We moved in recently and ever since than NON STOP there is Police in out of the property due to drug activity, loud people, music ALL hours of the night. Pool always dirty, laundry appliances work poorly. There is no gym here, no Internet room, no playground for little kids and the lady lied to us at the office about fixing things or about handling the noise issues or criminal activity at night. ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT $$$$ Do not waster your time or money moving in here when our.lease is up.we ...
