Great Place to Live in Tallahassee!
August 1, 2021The property is new, with spacious, pretty apartments and great amenities. The front desk is very nice, with welcoming people and people interested in a community atmosphere. The location is great for taking walks around the Southwood area and fairly quiet since it's not near the campuses. Within walking distance, too, is Publix, Starbucks, and fast food/dining options, which is rare in Tallahassee.Property Manager Responded

Can't sleep in peace at night
July 16, 2020Having noise problems with upstairs neighbor; they run, jump and drag furniture from 9pm to 1am. Management advised us that all they can do about this is "talk to them" and if they don't stop we should just take it...can't sleep in peace, wake up nervous in the middle of the night with all the noise....VERY FRUSTRATING...BEWARE. If you have noisy neighbors they will not help you stop the problem, yet if you don't pick up your dog poop 3 times they threaten with eviction.
