A living experience that will haunt me

The management is terrible and fairly rude. I can ask them a question almost 10x and never get back to their residents. They shut off the water with no notice on a weekend the first time until 7pm and then on president's day with no prior notice. People need water to cook, to give their child formula, to drink, to use the restroom, etc. The management is never helpful, honestly save your time and effort and go somewhere where the management appreciates you and actually cares. I love my apartment!!

Initially when I arrived to the address,I noticed the complex looked nothing like the images posted however I quickly realized there's another complex right in front of Casa De Luna once I figured that out, I was instantly in love with the initial presentation of the complex! It's well manicured, free of trash, non operating vehicles, and very quiet. Im really impressed with my apartment. It's rodent and pest free ( thank goodness because I sleep with my mouth open). I have an fireplace and ...
washer and dryer hook-up. I'm so glad I found this place and proud to call it my home! The staff is very attentive and extremely helpful and accommodating! It's an amazing place to live!!

Staff are unprofessional, they have no knowledge of basic structure of the apartment such as how big were the garages, they told me it was 10x10. We went out to measure it , it was 13x20. Something simple as that, they should have it on paper all written down, but for some reason it wasn't. I highly recommend somewhere else, out might look nice, but inside is not what you think. Staff are not that helpful, unless your asking for really really simple stuff.
