pro's and con's

Nice apartments on average. Managers are very nice, although many of the issues here and a few other apts stem from the whole management company themself which of course management has no control over on property. If you have a problem, no matter how small, any issues again come from upper mgrt.
The rooms are very small. They at least have a small dinning room area. Units have good size closet space and a nice little storage closet off decks. The walls are thin. I wonder how much ...
installation the apts have. You can hear everything. The steps are wood with no padding. You can hear people stomping up and down the steps every times people come and go. It is loud enough to wake you up in the back bedrooms every time.
They do not keep up with pets issues here, but usually is not too bad an issue other than fleas, which i have heard can be a real issue here. They do not always keep up with lawn. Dirt flops up on the decks making the outside of the deck and anything you have on the deck dirty looking. They could solve the issue through additional lawn maintenance in dirt areas, but do not keep that up even when you bring it to their attention.
Worst issue is that they ARE NOT UP TO DATE in decent appliances and fixtures. And when replaced, its still like an older new used one.
Upper Management Company just gets by with the cheapest they can do something for. In addition,upper management can be real issue over little things, which make people feel insecure, along with constant changing what you can do and not do effecting everyone lives. That part is NOT good.
All these negatives is a shame, because they are pretty decent apartments if they updated them better and cared more about the people who live here need vs how they want to control the people that live here along with just how cheap they can fix things.
