The tall windows bring in the light makes the already ample square footage feel even larger. Lovely public areas, such as the pool, outdoor dining, rooftop, and indoor lounge entertainment areas. Amenities, staff, value and location are wonderful.
March 15, 2024Travis in the office is the sole reason I moved to this property, but the rest is icing on the cake. I have been in the area at another property for 5 years prior. When Travis left, things at the last property, went downhill fast. The maintenance staff (Zach & Reese) get things done, promptly, thoroughly without having to comeback. You will not find a better property or staff in this area for this price. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at getting out of bad properties. This ...property is not perfect like any place you rent. The building is secure, clean and safe because of the staff. Anything negative, is a mostly a byproduct of Denver issues across the city or frankly residents treating it like a hotel and not their home. This is not unique to any property across the city and has nothing to do with the property or staff. If you take pride in where you live, most of the negative issues posted would be taken care of.Property Manager Responded
