I love the layout of the apartment itself. Unfortunately, there has been major issues with it in the past year.
Right after I moved in, the electrical box in my apartment started having issues. This would cause all the lights and appliances to flicker on and off. It took the landlord a month to get someone to fix it and even then they only patched the one breaker. About 6 or 7 months later, the same thing happened. The same electrician came back and said he had told the landlord that the ...
whole breaker box needed to be replaced. This time the landlord okayed for him to replace the whole breaker box.
Within the first month, my water heater broke. It took 2 months to get it fixed. So no hot water during that time.
The final straw was the air conditioner. You can't go without an a/c in the summer in south Florida. I ended up having to sweat it out for about a month.
Thankfully, my lease is up next month. One year in this apartment is one year too long for me.
