Do not move here, not worth the money and the office staff and maintenance workers are horrible.they do not keep the property clean and they don’t tend to the up keeping of the property. It’s been over a month since the lawn has been cut!

Good morning August 25,2022 of last year Geller Properties purchased this property. I am so sorry for your experience on Magnolia Terrace property. The new owners keep the grass cut weekly and the property is always clean.

Maintenance is nonexistent.

My ceiling has been leaking since February, it is now May, mold has spread across the ceiling and it leaks often. The women in the leasing office said it would be fixed a month ago, I set up security cameras just to have proof that no maintenance man ever enter my apartment. This is so unacceptable but do they care ?

The leasing office staff is literally the worst. The lady that’s there most of the time is so rude and foul you’d think she’s never worked in customer service before. The main manager is never there. The Maintenance staff never pick up their extension line to come fix anything and that also includes the leasing office on never picking up phone calls. And the floor plan units are over priced to be so tiny, it’s a rip off and 0/10 don’t recommend staying here.
