When I moved out, I was told I would get my security deposit back under certain conditions, even though the apartment was left destroyed by my ex roommate and the landlord still gave her security deposit back to her without inspecting. I was very adamant that I did not want to be held responsible when I tried to move out, and that was understood. Fast forward to me trying to move out: I had to spackle the walls (which wasn't even damage I had caused myself), and 10000 other ridiculous things that ...
took a lot of time and money. Now that I am gone, they will not return my security deposit nor will the give me the respect to return a text or phone call. Do NOT spend your hard earned money at this place, you're going to get ripped off in the end.
